Such a fantastic experience with Anya at Lutwyche salon. I got the best head massage I’ve ever had, some really helpful product recommendations, and a fresh, gorgeous trim. She’s an absolutely lovely hairdresser & picked up what I was wanting a non fuss quick haircut – highly recommend! I also love that there are so many convenient locations, so I can always find an appointment, and the promotions are always so thoughtful, especially with the cost of living right now. I think this is my 5th visit to Epic now & always leave happy! All of the hairdressers are fantastic 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Such a great experience from being greated, offered a beverage to the pre-wash and most importantly the cut and style. Phoenix was my stylist and she interpreted what I wanted. She asked questions, explained and suggested (I was anxious you see). She was fun, knowledgeable, talented and with an old soul Phoenix is a delight. I went from long to short hair and am so delighted, I think I found my long as possible hair salon.

Well presented shop, very clean, im originally from Soith Australia. Staff were polite and welcoming and went out of there to make sure you were comfortable and your needs were met. Will definitely be returning.

It was my first time at the Lutwyche branch yesterday and the staff were friendly and it was a nice atmosphere. Jay was definitely knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. I went there for a scalp bleach, toner and treatment and he definitely had a lot of knowledge when it came to the difference in tones and colours. He showed great care and definitely listened to what I tone I didn’t like and made sure that I walked out of there not just 80% satisfied but 110% satisfied with the tone and final colour.
